教學意見調查開始填答!(5/26 -6/13)
Teaching Evaluations are open until Friday, June 13, 2014 at 5 pm.

一、 填寫時間：103年5月26日(星期一)早上9時至103年6月13日(星期五)下午5時止。

二、 請點選以下網址填寫: http://course.nuk.edu.tw/Inquiry/login.asp

三、 注意事項：
(一)完成100% 填寫教學意見的學生享有次學期優先選課權。並可參加抽獎活動。

(二)採用不計名方式的問卷方式，調查結果將提供給教師教學改進參考用。課程授課教師與系所主管無法得知填寫者資料。教學意見調查結果將於教師繳交期末成績截止日後才寄送，不會影響同學期末成績，請安心填答。

Students who complete Teaching Evaluation will both get the priority to select courses for the coming semester and receive an entry into our Lucky Draw!

(2) ANONYMITY is guaranteed.
Your participation in the Teaching Evaluation is anonymous and the results will be given to instructors as reference to teaching improvement. The instructor and the chairperson of the department cannot trace the students’ identity under no circumstances. In addition, evaluation reports are not made available until after the final grades for a course have been submitted.
